- Qualification: Sr. Human Resource Manager must have Sixteen years education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or Relevant , Sr. Capacity Development Specialist must have Sixteen years education in business administration, Public Administration, Social sciences or relevant, Communication Manager must have sixteen year education in Mass communication, Advertising, or Public Relation, Sr. urban Planner must have sixteen years education in urban planning, town planning, or regional and city planning, Sr. Urban Transport Specialist must have sixteen years education in Transport engineering, Project Manager must have sixteen years education in Business or Public Administration, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer must have sixteen years education in Business or Public Administration, Project Management, Economics, and Implementation and Coordination Specialist must have sixteen years education in Project Management or Business Administration.
- Experiences: Sr. Human Resource Manager must have 5 years experience, Sr, Capacity Development Specialist must have 5 years experience, Communication Manager must have 5 years experience, Sr. urban Planner must have 5 years experience, Sr, Urban Transport Specialist must have 5 years experience, Project Manager must have 3 years experience, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer must have 5 years experience and Implementation and Coordination Specialist must have 5 years experience.
